Compact, high-capacity telescopic crawler hoist designed for lifting in tight-access and industrial jobsite environments.
Key Features: 900 kg (1,980 lb) Rotzler hydraulic winch - Radio controlled - Mounted beneath the main boom - Includes single-line pulley system - Upper and lower limit switches installed - 150 m (492 ft) wire rope capacity
Hydraulic telescopic boom: Single hydraulic boom extension - 180° slewing rotation via slewing ring with automatic safety limiting
Crawler Carrier:Black rubber tracks - Two-speed epicyclic drive motors with automatic negative brake for secure positioning - Spreadable tracks allow unit to fit through many construction site doors
Power system: Three-phase electric motor - Electronic inverter - Flow-controlled hydraulic pump - CAN-bus controlled lithium battery pack - Integrated LCD control panel - Onboard electronic battery charger
Stabilization system: (2) Multi-position hydraulic stabilizers - Stabilizer beam positions: 0° / 45° / 90° - Automatic working-area management based on stabilizer position
Load management & safety: Electronic load limiting device calibrated to 1,980 lb - Key selector allows limit-system override for authorized operation within hydraulic pressure limits - Automatic safety controls maintain operation within permitted working envelope
Hydraulic controls: Single hydraulic pump - Multi-function HAVE flow-sharing CAN-bus distributor - Smooth proportional control of all lifting and carrier functions
Remote control: Scanreco proportional radio remote control - CAN-bus integrated with crane system
LCD screen displays: Hydraulic pressure % - Boom angle - Load weight / load percentage - Battery status
Diagnostics: Remote diagnostics and parameter adjustment for: Speeds, Sensors, System settings, Hoist functions
Additional equipment: Lifting, transport, and tie-down hooks, (2) Integrated LED work lights mounted on base carrier
