MEC8000M is a vane-type vacuum/pressure pump (i.e. it uses rotating vanes to generate vacuum or pressure). Because it can produce both vacuum (suction, negative pressure) and positive pressure (overpressure), it’s suitable for both suction and discharge from tanks/reservoirs.
