Now Offering Heavy Equipment Storage We are offering a storage area for Rental/Lease, for your equipment with the following conditions: Loading and Unloading Rates: Minimum crane and crew charge is 1 hour Crane and operator per hour = $ 160.00 Rigging and tag line men per hour Min. 2 men = $ 75.00 per men Outdoor Storage rates $ 1.00 Per sq. ft. of space that equipment occupies, even if equipment is stacked etc. plus 1 1. Around equipment for safety. Rental Terms & Conditions 1. Renter/Lessee is responsible for all insurance on stored materials or Equipment 2. Rental area location will be at BAWCO facility 3910 FM 1128 Pearland, TX 7758 3. All equipment needed for lifting will be rented from BAWCO. No other companies are allowed on site, unless approval is given by BAWCO. 4. Renter is responsible for all local taxes on all stored equipment if applicable. 5. Renter is responsible for environmental cleanliness of stored Equipment. Any clean-up needed because of any leaks etc. es the responsibility of the renter. 6. BAWCO shall provide security per their normal business practices. 7. All rental payments will be made prior to the removal of stored equipment. 8. BAWCO is responsible for Invoicing renters at the end of every month. The renter/Lessee shall pay BAWCO the invoice amount within 15 days.
